By entering or participating in the Diesels of Dallas Giveaway (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which constitute a binding legal contract. Please read them carefully. This contract includes limitations of your rights and remedies, including binding arbitration and a waiver of class actions.

ELIGIBILITY

The Diesels of Dallas 2024 Ford F-350 & 2021 Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR X Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who:

Are licensed drivers; and

Have reached the legal age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence.

Employees, officers, and directors of Diesels of Dallas LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional partners, and internet agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

All federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. The Giveaway is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec, and where prohibited.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on May 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on July 24, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

AUTOMATIC ENTRY WITH PURCHASE

Make an eligible purchase through www.dieselsofdallas.shop during the Promotion Period.

Your purchase must be completed by 11:59:59 PM CT on July 24, 2026.

If your purchase is returned prior to the drawing, all associated entries will be void.

All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s standard return policy.

MAIL-IN ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

To receive one (1) entry without a purchase:

On a plain 3”x5” piece of paper, handwrite your:

Full name Street address City, state/province/territory, and ZIP/postal code Date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) Email address Daytime phone number (including area code)

On the back of your entry, in at least 20 words, complete the sentence: “I want to win the 2024 Ford F-350 and 2021 Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR X Giveaway because…”

Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage to:

Each mail-in envelope must include a legible return address with your full name. Limit: One entry per envelope. Bulk mailings will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be handwritten (no photocopies or metered mail). Entries must be postmarked by May 24, 2026, and received by July 24, 2026. Each qualifying mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. All materials become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING

A random drawing to select the Grand Prize Winner will take place the week after the Giveaway concludes, during a live broadcast on Instagram and YouTube.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted directly by phone and/or email by Diesels of Dallas LLC using the contact information provided with the entry.

SCAM ALERT

Beware of scams! Diesels of Dallas will never ask for payment, credit card, or bank information as a condition of claiming your prize. Official winner notifications will come only via the phone number and email address provided on your entry or order form. Prize winnings are subject to IRS reporting requirements; any applicable federal or state taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive BOTH of the following as a single combined Grand Prize:

A 2024 Ford F-350; AND

A 2021 Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR X; OR

Cash equivalent at Sponsor’s discretion

with a total approximate retail value to be disclosed on the Giveaway product listing at www.dieselsofdallas.shop. The Grand Prize is awarded as a single, indivisible package; the winner may not elect to receive only one vehicle.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE DETAILS

Winner is responsible for taxes, title, registration, licensing, and insurance on both vehicles. Winner must pick up both prize vehicles at a Sponsor-specified location within 30 days of notification. Failure to take delivery within 30 days may result in forfeiture. Prize vehicles are awarded “AS IS”, with no warranty by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner must hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of legally required insurance for the F-350. The Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR X is a side-by-side off-road vehicle and is not street-legal in most jurisdictions; winner is responsible for trailering, transport, and compliance with all applicable off-highway vehicle laws and registration requirements. Vehicles may not meet emissions or safety requirements in all jurisdictions; winner is responsible for compliance. If the Grand Prize winner is a U.S. resident, they will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the total combined value of the prize.

RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Diesels of Dallas LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

NOTICE

Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the Giveaway’s operation is a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Technical issues, transmission errors, or lost entries Miscommunications or service interruptions Fraudulent, incomplete, or late submissions

If technical problems or force majeure events (fire, flood, natural disaster, etc.) disrupt the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion and conduct a fair drawing from all eligible entries received before termination.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHOICE OF LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and U.S. federal law.

All disputes will be resolved solely through binding arbitration, conducted under the Federal Arbitration Act, with no class action or representative claims permitted. Arbitration will take place in Dallas County, Texas. Each party agrees to provide written notice of any claim and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute before beginning arbitration. The arbitrator may award only actual damages; no punitive, consequential, or statutory damages are permitted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt. Only the number of prizes stated will be awarded. All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.
