By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is hosted by Diesels of Dallas (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18
years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Diesels of
Dallas, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their
immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Every $1.00 (USD) spent on eligible products at [dieselsofdallas.shop] will count as 1 entry into the giveaway.

Entries are automatically calculated at checkout. The more you spend, the more entries you receive.

Bonus entry promotions may occur throughout the giveaway period.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries
will be accepted before August 23rd, 2025. Dates are Eligible to change. All purchases
and mail-in entries must be completed or postmarked within that time
frame.

5. Prize

One
(1) grand prize winner will receive a [1996, Ford, F-350]. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be
offered. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection

The
winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The
drawing will be conducted within 5 business days of the giveaway end
date.

7. Notification

The
winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the
drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72
hours, or is ineligible, a new winner may be selected.

8. Taxes and Fees

The
winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state,
and local taxes, fees, and expenses related to the prize.

9. Publicity

By
entering, you grant Diesels of Dallas the right to use your name,
image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional
compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Diesels
of Dallas is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or
other unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation.

11. Agreement to Rules

Participation
in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these
Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and
binding.

12. Privacy Policy

By entering this giveaway, you agree to receive email and/or SMS communications from Diesels of Dallas regarding your entry, prize notifications, and marketing promotions.
